SHIPPING 

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing of your order. Shipping times typically vary from 1 to 7 days in the U.S. We do not insure packages we send so please be sure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted location, as Triplo is not responsible for any damaged or stolen packages.

Also please enter accurate delivery address for your package. Any packages that are returned to Triplo are subject to returned shipping fees. 

Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. 

Triplo is not responsible for any packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.  

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

All clearance sale items purchased through Triplo are final. We will not accept returns, issue refunds or make exchanges on any final sale of clearance items. *Excluded from store-wide sales/promotions.
